Refund Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GSoftly's services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GSoftly provides custom software development, web development, mobile app development, ERP systems, AI solutions, and related digital services. All services are subject to separate project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and assets become the property of the client. GSoftly retains rights to its core frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Projects require a minimum 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before deployment. Payment plans may be arranged for larger projects.

5. Confidentiality

GSoftly treats all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs upon request and do not share client information with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

GSoftly's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
